I deprecated the Rapportive Maltego Local Transform as their API returns a 404 HTTP Status Code e.g. code>http://rapportive.com/login_status?user_email=this_doesnt_exist_@gmail.com</code is the example from @jordan-wright's Blog Post.
Further research concluded that LinkedIn may have removed the API endpoint in July 2014
