cache lock #1

update && upgrade will sometimes cause a cache lock, causing the system to stall for an extended period of time. no no fix at this time. reboot and try again. if issue persists re-flash drive.

Recommendation: run sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y before executing install script
