Open In Browser Stopped Working

My system: Mac OS - High Sierra 10.13.6 VScode - 1.25.1 Chrome - 68.0.3440.84 (64-bit)

Problem: Used to work perfectly, now its broken.

Keyboard shortcuts do not work
When using keyboard shortcut Option + Shift + B to open other browsers I get a warning from VScode saying: "Running the contributed command:'extension.openInSpecifyBrowser' failed."
When using keyboard shortcut Option + B to open default browser I get no response at all. Not even from VS code telling me it isn't working.
The only way I can get it to work is by right-clicking on the html file and choosing the option "Open in other browsers" then choosing the browser from the command palette dropdown.
Right clicking on the html file and choosing "Open in default browser" does not work and does nothing.

Also, I disabled all other extensions before testing to make sure there were no conflicts with yours.

Much appreciated on the help! I really love this extension so it's been a struggle having to delay it.

I am having the same exact issue-- as well as many people in my class. Is there anyway that I might be able to help?

It happened just now I pressed "alt+b", the browser didn't show up error message: command 'extension.openInDefaultBrowser' not found Any solution? Thank you

The hotkey (alt + b) does work tho right click on empty space doesn't do anything for me (macOS 10.15.6, VSCode 1.49.2, open in browser 2.0.0).
