"You failed the QTE!" message with no previous QTE #9

Since August 23rd, I received the message "You failed the QTE!" twice, each time after playing the illusion game, without having a recent QTE.

The message came together with the usual adventure text, XP gain and HP regeneration.

If you need any more information to debug this, I'd gladly provide it.
