Request to add the ru-RU translation #477

I'm from Russia and english is my second language. I wish to contribute and add a Russian translation so people with no English knowledge can work with flipnote studio or just that it would be easier and more comfortable for them

Don't know how I missed this before, could you please DM @SudoModMail in the Sudomemo Discord?

The DSi can print all cyrillic characters so we shouldn't run into any issues on that end.
