Improved Swedish Translations #563

Many terms in the swedish locale are missing or are improperly translated. This PR aims to fix these issues:

Removes passive agressive undertones in certain lines of text
Fixes grammatical errors
Fixes typos
Fixes various uses of "swenglish"
Translates previously untranslated lines of text (eg. reportContent.po)
