As a user, I want the auto-installed default path of VSDBG to match Visual Studio 2022's default deployment path.

Feature Includes

Updated: Default VSDBG installation path to .vs-debugger/vs2022 to match Visual Studio 2022's default path.
Added: Sample .NET 6 GUI app
Updated: Sample console app to force a breakpoint
