German Help Page #1

Die Hilfeseite ist nicht vollständig auf deutsch verfügbar gewesen, dass sollte hiermit gefixed sein, allerdings habe ich nichts kompiliert, daher müsstest du das noch testen! Hatte gerade nur vim zur Hand. ;)
