The "hall-monitor" test is pretty useful! Unfortunately, apps-test commonly fails, so much; because it's being reset a lot (although it should come back up quicker...). I want to separate those three checks (dev, test, and prod) into separate workflows, so the top level email alert actually says which server it is, and we can act accordingly.
