Report: Add sections for 'undefined' errors and maybe 'other' or 'skipped' or something. #773

Order:

  1. Failed
  2. Undefined (explain that they probably have a typo)
  3. Passed
  4. Other/skipped

Are there other test statuses?

Cucumber.js documentation should list statuses [that we should account for]
