Action: Give option to keep da Project and partly-completed interviews instead of deleting them #837

For now this is just for Projects, but once we're deleting interviews it will be for interviews as well.

Allow devs to choose to keep the Project created by ALKiln even after the tests are completed. They may want to examine it themselves.
