Suprise changes in the WSDL for GetPolicy by Tyler, to handle some future authentication processes we'll need to follow, but not for now (they don't seem to be turned on for IL).
MA hasn't yet made this update, but it does seem like the java code doesn't care too much. More of a java issue than anything, kinda ironic that adding fields (a backwards compatible change usually) isn't backwards compatible with java SOAP, since all of the fields have to be serialized, and it freaks out when there's a new field that it doesn't know what to do with.
