Generating New API keys User Story #181

User Story:

As a Suffolk LIT Lab operator, I want to be able to easily generate new API keys, so that I'm able to give out the keys to users that will connect to those servers.

Will demo our current progress on this the coming Monday, May 13th. Generation of API keys feature is done, but the platform for it is still being worked through.

Documentation on the operational manual for this still needs to be done as well.
