Did change "a and/or b" to "and/or" as I suspect "a and/or b" will rarely match anything. We can change that back if we want.
Sorting does make stuff more consistent, which is good too, but it also will help me weed out repeats when adding new words from https://www.plainenglish.co.uk/a-to-z-of-legal-phrases.html. Granted, I could do that more programmatically instead of in a spreadsheet, but hey.
