Allow overwriting input file when recognizing form fields

Would like to integrate field recognition into the Weaver, where there are a lot of places we depend on the exact object template_upload[0].

Hearing that, it looks like I should just handle object aliasing in the Weaver instead of changing this code to make it less efficient. Good catch.
