What is the right way to measure readability - where do we segment text? #66

If we turn : into a period, we might lower the readability scores. But is that more "correct"?

One thought: we might want to err on the side of having higher grade levels when we have a debatable choice, so people aren't mislead into thinking that the form is really readable but it isn't.

Early experiments suggest that this might not make a big difference either way

Another thought: we want to also make sure our readability scores are similar to the ones that people would obtain in other tools, like Microsoft Word.
