Changes:

Adds data query for spot api
Incorporates query and display into hero section
adds spot results container component
Adjusts topic cards to be more reusable
Modified show all logic so that cards are hidden when spot is in use
Moves show all button and changes styles
Fix mobile nav background color issue
various styling changes to make for new container
relative paths for image
adjusts how it works section for better mobile display
