Add an MVP feature that lets you automatically add labels to a DOCX file with OpenAI #117

This feature allows you to upload a DOCX file and assign it draft labels via OpenAI's GPT-4-turbo API. An API key must be present in the global configuration under the setting openai api key.

The draft labels can be reviewed and edited before saving the DOCX.
