Setup: Add warning about private repositories #165

In the setup interview somewhere, add the warning below.

If your GitHub repository is private, your test account will need to be linked to a GitHub account that has access to that private repository.

[Is there a way to test a repo to see if it's private when we're doing initial setup?]
