Setup: on `confirm info` page, explain username we refer to is GitHub username #167

on the page id: confirm info, you've got the lines:

      ${ installer.user_name }

from the User perspective, I'm initially wondering what username is that. I've now realized that it is github's, but it wasn't clear otherwise
