[x] Use dev api github secret instead
[x] Remove da email
[x] Remove da password
[x] Remove use of playground id
[x] Get just server url instead of interview url

Stretch goals:

[x] Test da api key with useful error messages
[x] Use current server url as default server url if on the same server
[ ] (probably a different issue) Make a very short version for people that know what they're doing
