Add some unit tests to CI #92

Unit tests are now running in https://github.com/SuffolkLITLab/docassemble-ALToolbox/blob/main/.github/workflows/unit-tests.yml, there's several for al_income, and one for business days. Can definitely write more, but I don't think keeping a tracking issue for that will help much.
