Patch safer pdf checking #854

Will also need to make the same changes:

  1. RateMyPDF
  2. FormFyxer

(maybe want to make the RateMyPDF version a reference to FormFyxer, maybe we don't want to make Weaver dependent on the very newest FormFyxer though)
