Getting vector size issue still on apps-dev.suffolklitlab.org when using FormFyxer AI features #878

To reproduce: upload a form without fields to the Weaver and choose "auto recognize fields". You'll get an error that the array size is wrong.

Need to see if this is a configuration problem or something is still wrong in the code that is supposed to get the API key for tools.suffolklitlab.org from the config
