Add a method to process an interview JSON object and replace PDF variables with Docassemble variable names #913

Should just iterate over all of the fields statements.

The purpose is to let us generate an interview with just the PDF field names, even though the Weaver will preprocess them before they go into the attachment block and throughout the interview
