Expenses title screen and ask for prospective snapshot #29

Remove "last 12 months" and ask the questions, "What are your expenses?"

Simple will work here.

Additionally, put telephone expenses along with "Rent, Mortgage, Utilities"

Within the expenses screens themselves, avoid asking, "what do you pay?" The user may not be paying for everything they owe, aksing for their expenses is more of that snapshot in time that we are looking for.
