Expenses update: weekly, monthly, and yearly #30

Add Monthly, Weekly, and Yearly expenses for each individual expense. The math for their expenses should be done in the background as well. This is where a review screen could work well as well.

Focus on the bills and what the user pays for to predict what they pay.
