fixes #29 approach to expenses questions should be prospective

fixes #29 worked on these pages: -expenses control -fixed expenses amount -health expenses amount -variable expenses amount -transport expenses -child related expenses -other monthly expenses

-removed all instances of "how much did you make in the last 12 years", replaced with "What are your monthly expenses?" -moved telephone expense to fixed expenses amount, per request from @kateleebarry and @CaroRob -changed heading of expenses page to the same text that's on the button in the control screen, per request @kateleebarry and @CaroRob. This is to help the user remember why they are seeing the question, since they click on the category showing the same text in the control screen.

test: check spelling and that telephone is in the fixed expenses page not the variable page.

Made a couple of PRs. You can pick either one or both and close whatever you don't want. The second one is a continuation of the first.
