Mark this repo as deprecated and direct authors to ALAffidavit repo #43

ALAffidavitOfIndigency is the currently maintained repo for this form. We should add a note in the README, so people don't accidentally use this repo in new forms (which shouldn't work, which would cause frustration).

Should eventually also mark the repo as archived, but that would stop issues from being filed; we would need to switch all active uses of this form to ALAffidavit as well before we can archive.

This repo is still used in:

[ ] The Petition for Single Justice Review
[ ] the Appeals Misc Motion

(technically still used in the Motion to Stay Eviction, until we go live with the e-filing version).

I'd be comfortable closing this repo when those interviews are moved off this as well.
