In the macro outline, there are 2 questions that appear to ask the same thing, for 12(b) motions and other pre-trial motions,

Does the form need to follow the strict redacting method or can they just black out the information?

If the person is the appellee they may not be allowed to file a supplemental appendix without leave of the court. Will this interview ever be used for appellee supp filings?
