Delete all answer sets bug #829

Describe the bug

It seems that if a user selects to delete all saved answer sets WHEN THERE ARE NO ANSWER SETS an error is generated.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Answer Sets
  2. Click on Delete All Answer Sets
  3. Repeat (Click on Delete All Answer Sets)
  4. See error

Expected behavior A message saying that there are currently no answer sets or perhaps even better would be "All answer sets have been deleted."
