We are doing something wrong with filing codes - getting "unknown filing code" frequently #100

@BryceStevenWilley I suggest that we reach out to Tyler and get in a question about this unless you can spot something else.

E.g., on the efile server there are multiple database containers running-are we updating the wrong one somehow?

See also #76 but wanted to clarify the issue more specifically here.

Another thought--is there any way the type of the lead document interacts with this somehow? Are we appropriately filtering that? I definitely see a lot of what look like irrelevant document types when I file something.

I think this is resolved now. After seeing the greatly reduced in size picklist for document type in #102, I haven't gotten another filing error.
