Need to clarify distinction between multiple ALExhibitDocuments and multiple ALEXhibitDocument.exhibits[i] #112

We only have one lead document now, but we let people upload multiple documents within the lead_doc object.exhibits DAList.

This isn't quite right because all of the various attributes of the document are attached at the document level, not the individual exhibit level.

I think probably we can just limit folks to 1 exhibit. @BryceStevenWilley let me know your thoughts--not seeing anything in the certification tests that indicate we need to allow multiple documents.
