At some point I brought the register user question (which is pretty lengthy) into a common qs file, so it could be used in the unauthenticated interview and in the admin interview. But the common qs file didn't actually make it in, as I forgot to commit it from the DA playground. I recreated it, and merged the unauthenticated interview with the new pro se interview, which serve the same function
