Certain codes like "Appearance (Limited Entry-local Counsel] [Schedule 1]" shouldn't be shown to pro-se users because they are attorney only. We know things like that, so we should be able to exclude specific things in the filing codes. However, filter isn't built like that yet, and would need a slightly different API for it to make sense work. Needs some time.
