1 year ago Bit more clarification: we can't really put the EFM type of a jurisdiction at a higher endpoint, since we know there are jurisdictions (LA for one) that have multiple different EFMs in the jurisdiction (some are tyler, some are Jeffnet. There is a similar situation in California too).
The quick fix is just to patch it for the admin interview. For almost every other interview, choosing the court is a natural part of the process.
Unfortunately, I put the "ECF" or "JeffNet" information per court, and that EFM information is used to get whether or not the logged in user is an admin (global admin for the EFSP), which affects what they're shown in the admin interview. So there's a superfluous question before logging in about which court you are using, even though the interview lets you use any court.
