Log and notify more #234

I added log_error_and_notify a while back, and it's a good monitoring tool, so I added it in a few more places.

Made sure all of the YAML files in EFSPIntegration didn't list log_error_and_notify as an "undefined name" in the playground, the best check we have for this at the moment.
