This could use some readability improvements. First - there is too much text on this screen to just get the name of the other person. Perhaps, if we want all of it, most should be moved behind an accordion. I would suggest seeing how much can be cut though. Perhaps we need an extra screen to get information from the user, such as whether the other party has a DBA, so it doesn't clutter this screen, and the user can better absorb the information.
Suggest not leading with the word "Defendant". Maybe "person you want to sue"
Avoid links titled "click here". Avoid links if at all possible but they need warnings - people get lost when they open a link on their phone
Avoid parenthetical statements. It is better to write it out longhand
Since this copy was provided by the Trial Court I think it makes sense to relabel this as a question and pass it along to them (with our recommendation).
