Prepare the source documents

Before you can use the Weaver you must prepare each document with fields and labels for the Weaver to recognize. (If you need a place to share documents with your team the Project Files folder in Microsoft Teams is a good option.)

If you don't have much experience with the Weaver, have your prepared documents reviewed by someone who does.

@beilert00 & @KarlaRFuentes: We may not know all the source documents for sure until we meet with the MA Trial Court decisionmaker/stakeholders next week, so let's leave this open until we know for sure. Then one of you should update the checklist on this issue/card.
