  1. Will there ever be a time when the defendant will have to serve the Plaintiff themselves or is it always an attorney? (In the example citation we got an attorney was listed under the plaintiff's service info). If it is both then a good option might be to add a question after we gather the plaintiff info that asks "Do you plan to serve the plaintiff or their counsel?" if they choose counsel then it will prompt them to give their name.
  2. Does the certificate of service always have to be delivered to the service address or are there times when it is sent somewhere else? (Right now we have made the interview to allow for the user to give another address if needed).

Decision-makers said that the certificate of service will be delivered to an attorney and at the address given on the complaint and citation. They wanted the question to appear all in one page so I made fields on one page that use ALAddress like they wanted and also allows for the user to give the name of the person getting the answer and if they are an attorney they can give the firm name as well.
