It is unclear if this form can also be used for small businesses facing eviction or struggling with a landlord who has locked them out of their business premises. I have studied masslegalhelp and mass.gov, it appears the form for a TRO is the same in housing and district court, should it be assumed (not having gone through the steps on this website) that a TRO submitted here will be entered into the Housing court automatically or is there a step to choose which court the TRO will be entered into?

@CaroRob will add more context on the splash page. The answer is yes, you can use the TRO form if you are a commercial tenant
