AssemblyLine doesn't feel like the right repo for this, so CoSs seem to vary so much by jurisdiction. But there has been some great work from Mia to make a certificate of service for Appeals Court forms, I'll move this to the AppealsRepo for tracking there.

Some of these are in the Appeals Misc Motion, others are in the General Motion. The certificate of service is page 3 of https://github.com/SuffolkLITLab/docassemble-MotionToStayGeneral/blob/main/docassemble/MotionToStayGeneral/data/templates/Motion_To_Stay_General.docx, which does actually allow for serving multiple parties.
