I have for several days and nights been working on the Appeal form and have been losing pages of information and it is very serious that I get the from submitted. I have called the Appeals Court Clerk's office for assistance and I was at the point finally trying to submit the form, when I clicked on submit there was a circle spinning and spinning in the center of the page. Not at that point an internet issue. Stay of Execution Form to Appeal's Court and to Appeal the Housing Court Trial. URGENT MATTER!
