how could I receive a call when after the recording tells you to leave to a message the recording hangs up .. i have been calling everyday and always the same thing Impossible to leave a message for help with a eviction proses

The trial court number (833-91-COURT) on that page is still on the trial court's website in a few places (https://www.mass.gov/info-details/eviction-hearing-help-at-attorney-generals-office-technology-center-northeast#additional-help-), so it's likely okay? What we could and should do is also link the specific housing court's number on this screen as well, since we have that data in MACourts.
