We aren't currently doing that in e-filing. Should be easy.

Need to get copy for what we should say to users exactly on these kickout screens, and what resources to send them to.

Confirmed that the link that's in and the general wording is correct. Should be addressed in #61, but still need to check if this warns users when e-filing.
