The user still needs to deliver the notice of appeal, even after they e-file. But the e-filing status page makes it seem that going back to the download screen is optional--it should say on this screen that they still need to file the notice of appeal in the trial court. The download screen also doesn't effectively highlight the user's responsibility to deliver that document to the trial court on their own.
Probably not a blocker but seems like a significant usability issue for people who have to deliver both forms.
