  1. line 71: delete the word "please"
  2. line 77: "if applicable conditions are met" --> sounds too complicated. Instead: "this form allows a tenant to file a motion to restore their position as tenants, after eviction began."
  3. 84: you will; not you'll
  4. 98: Does your Notice to Quit say "rights of reservation" that states that the Landlord can keep money you pay in the future for "use and occupancy" rather than for rent?
  5. 118: Is there any other reason to reinstate your tenancy or create a new one because of your Landlord's actions?
  6. 132: What month(s) did you pay rent?

Hi - I noticed this issue whizz by - you can still improve line 77. I believe the person using this form is a tenant? If this is true, then change line 77 to read You can use this form to create motion that asks the court to allow you to "reinstate your tenancy" - green text in ""s. Maybe we should get togehter to review the interview now?
