primary phone number #11

should we edit the basic question to ask them to select their primary phone to input on the court form or ask a later question to pick from numbers porvided and if not - what do we do if they don't give us a phone number

if the user is a pro se plaintiff and puts in one number - use only mobile or other for primary phone number on PDF if the user is a pro se plaintiff and puts in two numbers - ask which is their primary number on PDF
if the user is an attorney - input the number the attorney provides for the primary number on PDF
