broke out code into multiple yml files as discussed in order to test properly must save and run from main package - alternative_means_diligient_search.yml

Aubrie to work on user_information.yml and about_the_case.yml Valerie to work on search_questions.yml

Do not merge - none of the yml files made it in. Repushed to a new branch. closing and assigning
