Problem with doing a free task 98 #8

There is a side task F.098 Booze Me, which opens after an unknown trigger. Please, can you look up this trigger for us, so that we know what item to buy/what side quest to complete before we get access to the 98th quest.

I completed F.097 Booze Me several times, but never opened the next task. The Nintendo Switch also had this problem, but it was with F.096.

Will be hard to figure out without lowered C# code, but will try to keep it in mind.

To open F.098 , you need to pass F.097 and complete the quest Galena, which will give an alcoholic doll (S.05)
